Grocery Pickup and Delivery
Standard Service
This service is a door to door pickup and drop off service only. For a multi-storey building the common lobby area is considered to be both the pick up and drop off location.
Grocery pickup and delivery is limited to one standard shopping cart load of groceries.
The charge for this service is $45.00 per pickup and delivery combined.
Any unreasonable wait time greater than 15 minutes during drop off or pickup will be billed at a minimum of $10.00 per wait period.
Enhanced Grocery Pickup and Delivery Service
This service is a door to door pickup and drop off service only. For a multi-storey building the common lobby area is considered to be both the pick up and drop off location.
This service includes personal shopping assistance at a North Shore grocery store of you choice.
The charge for this service is $65.00 per shopping hour. The shopping hour includes pickup and drop off to the home.
Any additional time above and beyond the pre booked shopping time will be charged at $10 per 15 min period.
